As Monday Mayham started, Vince McMahon was in the ring and the wrestlers who had singed with TWF were on stage. Vince said that after the disaster that the WWE had turned into over the last few months, he was taking over. He had closed WWE and starting a new company. All wrestlers are now under contract until January, when new 1 year contracts will be negotiated. This will allow the roster to remain competitive, with wrestlers who under perform not being offered new contracts.
With that out of the way, McMahon announced that tonight with be the start of a 16-man tournament to crown the first ever Titan Wrestling Federation Champion. There will be two blocks, with matches from each block taking place on alternating weeks. He said that in 6 weeks, at the first TWF PPV, A New Beginning, the winners of both blocks will face off, with the winner becoming champions. In addition, over the next several weeks, smaller tournaments will be held to determine the first Tag Team and Women's champions.

A New Beginning coming soon
Vince McMahon, who hasn't been seen since before WWE's Summerslam PPV, announced that after seeing what has happened to his company with his daughter and son-in-law in charge, he is closing World Wrestling Entertainment. He and his lawyer are going to be talking to wrestlers currently under contract and will be opening his new company, Titan Wrestling Federation, tomorrow using Raw's time slot.
